Free Trials and Promotional Offers

• Free trials may be offered at our discretion.

• Trials are limited to one per customer. Abuse of trials, including creating multiple accounts or using false payment methods, may result in a permanent ban.

• Trial users are subject to all Terms.

 

 Failed Payments and Non-Payment

• If a payment fails, your access may be suspended immediately.

• Repeated failed or declined payments may result in account bans and collection of outstanding balances.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals abusing the payment system.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your UpgradeChat/Whop portal.

• Cancellations must be made prior to your renewal date. Failure to cancel in time will not result in a refund.

• We have a no refund policy – all sales are final. This includes but is not limited to: for partial periods, unused time, forgetfulness and failure to adhere to rules/terms.

• In rare cases, we may consider refunds at our discretion in cases of technical error or duplicate charges.

 

 Account Access and Conduct

• Copy, resell, or redistribute our content

• Disrupt the community or staff via Discord

• Circumvent bans or restrictions through alternate accounts

 

Violation may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.

• By subscribing, you agree to the handling of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

 Service Availability and Liability

• We strive to provide high uptime, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

• We make no guarantees of profit, success, or outcomes from any betting strategies.

• Use this service at your own risk. We are not liable for losses incurred from betting decisions.

We aim to promote a fair and welcoming community. By signing up, all members accept our Server Rules (publicly available through our Discord). Members agree that failure to adhere to these rules may result in enforcement of community time-out periods – repeated offences may lead to termination of their membership without a refund.

 

Community Interactions

When you provide feedback, reviews, or testimonials about our services (whether through our Discord server, Telegram, social media platforms, or other channels), you acknowledge that we may use this content as public testimonials. This may include:

  • Displaying your review or testimonial on our website

  • Sharing your feedback on our social media channels

  • Using your comments in marketing materials on Discord or other platforms

  • Incorporating your testimonial into promotional communications
